			<description>Here's how I made the enchiladas.



Saute 1 medium yellow onion, chopped fine in about 1 tbsp. olive oil after a couple minutes on high turn it down to low and cook for another 15 minutes.  During the last couple minutes add minced garlic and saute on a low heat for a few minutes more.  Then add one small can of green chiles, and chicken strips and 1 chopped green pepper.  And about 1/2 cup of jalapeno jack cheese or mexican cheese.



Add all the above to the enchilada sauce and stir together  ...</description>

4 tbsp Gebhardt Chili Powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

2 heaping tsp. garlic powder (no salt added

3/4 tsp. salt

1 pinch of ground cinnamon (less than 1/16 tsp.)

1/3 tsp. sugar

5 tbsp. cold water

5 tbsp. white flour



In a 2 quart sauce pan add the chicken broth, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon and sugar (the sugar is a little secret to eliminate any bitter taste from the chili powder).

1/2 c. white vinegar

2 tbsp. sugar

2 small cans tomato paste

1/4 cup canning salt

1 tbsp garlic salt

1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

2 tsp pepper

2 tsp cumin

Optional 1-2 cups chopped green, red or yellow peppers

2 tbsp of cider vinegar

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp kosher salt

2 crushed cloves of garlic

1 medium chopped onion

			<description>Take as big a turkey breast as you can fit in your crockpot, (I have a really big crockpot as well as the normal sized one) put a bunch of butter pats under the skin and sprinkle the turkey with salt and pepper (I also added a little poultry seasoning too).

			<description>chop 3 tomatoes (I like to slice them in big moon-shaped chunks)

2 cucumbers sliced

1/2 green pepper sliced

1/2 onion, chopped

4 radishes, sliced

1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

1 tbsp capers

1/3 c. black olives

a bunch of lettuce (I use 2 bags of the prewashed organic romaine lettuce)



Dressing:



1/2 tsp. oregano

2 tbsp. wine vinegar

4 tbsp. olive oil



Toss salad ingredients together and add dressing and toss again. </description>

2 cups diced celery

2 cloves chopped garlic

6 tbsp butter

2 bags bread cubes

(or 15 cups of cubed day old bread)

1/3 cup chopped parsley

2 tsp. ground sage

1 tsp. poultry seasoning

1/2 tsp. pepper

3 cups chicken broth



Saute onion, celery &amp; garlic in 4 tbsp. butter until onion softens about 3 minutes. Combine sauteed vegetables with remaining ingredients. Cook in crockpot medium heat for 4 hours or bake in oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  ...</description>
