 Crockpot Turkey Breast

Take as big a turkey breast as you can fit in your crockpot, (I have a really big crockpot as well as the normal sized one) put a bunch of butter pats under the skin and sprinkle the turkey with salt and pepper (I also added a little poultry seasoning too).

Wrap the turkey tightly in tinfoil (you want to try and keep some of the juices inside the foil so it stays moist). Then just set the tinfoiled turkey in the crockpot and cook for about 6 hours or so.

I set it on high for the first 5 hours and then lowered it to low for the last hour. After 5 hours I checked the temperature with a meat thermometer and it was just about ready but nothing else was so that's why I turned it down for the last hour. That's all there is.
